Richard Tester
Founder & Managing DirectorA Noongar man and member of the South West Aboriginal Land and Sea Council, Richard founded the business in 2013. His career before Radian spanned senior construction, manufacturing and crane engineering roles in Australia and internationally, and that delivery background still shapes how the studio runs: clear accountability, direct communication and a bias toward outcomes that last.

Head of ArchitectureAn architect and design leader with more than two decades delivering complex, high-impact projects across Australia and the United States, in private practice and client-side leadership roles. Andy leads multidisciplinary teams through demanding stakeholder environments while holding a clear architectural vision, balancing creativity with the pragmatism needed to meet commercial objectives.

Nominated ArchitectWith more than 25 years in practice, Elizabeth is the nominated architect for Radian. Her work ranges from national retail programs to Indigenous master planning and housing in remote Western Australian and Northern Territory communities, and her earlier career includes landmark commercial, leisure and mixed-use projects in Australia and internationally.
